Peter Girgis started his professional career in the hotel industry, which he enjoyed, but always had a passion for Real Estate and Finance. He joined Countrywide in 2003 as an Account Executive, where he was taught the mortgage industry. Peter enjoyed the structuring of the loan and the satisfaction of assisting Americans achieves the American Dream or just keeping the American Dream Alive. Peter Girgis left Countrywide and joined Great Western Home Loans as a Branch Manager to increase his knowledge with other loan programs which were provided by different lenders as well as gaining management skills. Times have changed and the market is a Buyer’s market instead of a Refinance market during the mortgage boom of 2003 to 2007. So, Peter and his team has had to work with Real Estate Agents on qualifying first time home buyers qualify for a mortgage with different programs. Assisting clients who came out of the hard time of the Mortgage Crisis. Clients whom had foreclosures, short sales, or just poor credit. Also assisting self-employed clients which depended on The Past’s Stated Loans, by dissecting tax returns and making sure we can use all the income we need to qualify for a mortgage.
